Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us at hello@neatly.com.au with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Wrong Item Received

If we sent you the wrong product, let us know and we'll get the correct item to you as quickly as possible at no extra cost.

How to Request a Return

Refund Processing

Once your return or claim is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
